Section 21
Action shall not be taken on the basis of breach of confidentiality.
Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, in order to proceed with legal action regarding the offense under this act or to prevent such offense from occurring, if the employee of the bank or financial institution gives the necessary information to prevent such offense from occurring, for the assistance he has given or provided. According to the law related to his terms of service, no action will be taken on the basis of breach of confidentiality.
